Junior German Speaking Content Moderator

Key Responsibilities Review, analyze, and moderate online content in German Ensure compliance with platform policies and community standards Identify and escalate inappropriate content when necessary Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail Work collaboratively with other team members to improve moderation processes Requirements Fluent German (C1-C2 level) and good English skills (B2 level) Strong attention to detail and ability to make quick decisions Ability to handle sensitive content with professionalism Willingness to work on-site in Lisbon No previous experience required – full training will be provided.
