Position Overview An established professional services organization is seeking an Events Manager to lead the company’s executive-level events. The position focuses on intimate, high-touch gatherings for senior executives, clients, and key stakeholders, where attention to detail, personalization, and flawless execution are essential. The ideal candidate thrives in environments where every element of an experience matters - from guest engagement and event flow to atmosphere and hospitality. This role is best suited for someone who takes pride in anticipating needs, delivering exceptional service, and ensuring every interaction reflects a premium brand experience. Responsibilities Plan and execute approximately 20–25 high-touch events annually Coordinate and manage VIP participants at events Oversee the full guest experience before, during, and after each event Ensure seamless execution by anticipating logistical needs such as seating, lighting, sound, service flow, and timing Maintain a detailed understanding of guest preferences, dietary requirements, sensitivities, and relationship dynamics to support personalized experiences Maintain event records, guest lists, invitations, and follow-up communications Coordinate with vendors, venues, caterers, and other partners to deliver high-quality experiences Track event details and maintain institutional knowledge for future planning Qualifications Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills Strong judgment, discretion, and professionalism The ability to anticipate needs and proactively solve problems Calm, composed decision-making under pressure A refined sense of hospitality, presentation, and guest experience Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build trusted relationships What Success Looks Like Events feel seamless and effortless to guests Senior leadership has confidence in your judgment and execution Clients and stakeholders feel welcomed, valued, and personally known Issues are anticipated and resolved before they affect the guest experience Feedback is incorporated quickly and constructively to continually elevate the quality of events Additional Considerations This position operates in a high-standards, feedback-driven environment The role involves close collaboration with senior leadership A proactive mindset, adaptability, and pride in delivering excellence are essential The role is primarily in-person
