Sales Representative – Agriculture & GNSS | Russia Location: Russia (Field-based role with frequent travel across the country) Employment Type: Full-time Compensation: 30,000 USD base salary + performance-based bonus We are looking for a motivated Sales Representative to expand the presence of agricultural and GNSS positioning solutions across the Russian market. This role focuses on developing new distributor partnerships, strengthening relationships with agricultural equipment dealers, and supporting customers with advanced positioning and surveying technologies. The position is ideal for candidates who enjoy market development, field sales, and working closely with distributors and end users in the agricultural and surveying industries. Key Responsibilities Develop and expand the sales network across Russia , including identifying and onboarding new distributors and channel partners. Build and maintain strong relationships with agricultural equipment dealers, distributors, and end customers . Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and technical introductions for agricultural machinery and GNSS positioning equipment. Work closely with internal technical and product support teams to provide product training and assist with customer inquiries. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer demands to identify new business opportunities. Participate in industry exhibitions, field demonstrations, and client meetings to strengthen market presence. Maintain regular communication with distributors and partners to ensure strong cooperation and consistent sales performance. Prepare sales reports, market insights, and opportunity tracking to support strategic decision-making. Requirements Fluent Russian and English communication skills. Background in agricultural machinery, precision agriculture technology, surveying equipment, or GNSS systems . Experience in sales, distributor management, or channel development is highly preferred. Overseas Chinese or local Russian candidates are preferred. Energetic, proactive, and able to work independently in a dynamic environment. Willingness to travel frequently across Russia for client visits, partner meetings, and product demonstrations. Strong communication and relationship-building skills. Immediate availability is preferred.
