Otolaryngologist (ENT)

Position Overview Tap Healthcare Solutions is seeking Otolaryngologists (ENT Physicians) to join the Guthrie Clinic across locations in New York and Pennsylvania. This is an exciting opportunity to join a well-established and highly respected healthcare system offering comprehensive otolaryngology services within a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment. In this role, physicians will diagnose and treat a broad range of ear, nose, and throat conditions while working alongside experienced specialists, advanced practice providers, and support staff. This opportunity offers competitive compensation ranging from approximately $480,000 to $570,000 annually based on experience , along with the ability to practice in a high-volume program committed to clinical excellence and patient-centered care. Required Qualifications Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree from an accredited institution. Board Eligible or Board Certified in Otolaryngology (ENT). Fellowship training in an ENT subspecialty is welcomed but not required. Less than one (1) year of professional experience required; new graduates are encouraged to apply. Ability to obtain and maintain active medical licensure in New York and/or Pennsylvania . Willingness to travel occasionally between clinical locations if needed. Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate is a board-certified or board-eligible Otolaryngologist with a passion for delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to a collaborative clinical environment.
