Customer Support Specialist (Dutch & English) Location: Athens, Greece (On-site) Start Date: 17 April 2026 Languages: Proficient in Dutch and English We are seeking a highly motivated and professional Customer Support Specialist fluent in Dutch and English to join our team in Athens. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality assistance to our client base, ensuring excellence in service delivery and maintaining professional communication standards. Operational Details Working Hours: 40 hours per week (8 hours per day / 5 days a week). Shift Schedule: Rotational shifts scheduled between Monday and Sunday, 08:00 – 00:00. Work Model: Fully on-site at our Athens facilities. Compensation and Contractual Terms Monthly Gross Salary: €1,500. Annual Salary Structure: 14 salaries per annum (12 monthly payments + 1 full salary for Easter + 1 full salary split between Summer and Christmas). Contract Type: Permanent employment contract. Performance Incentives: Monthly performance-based bonuses (details as per corporate guidelines). Comprehensive Benefits Package Health & Welfare: Private Health and Life Insurance coverage. Meal Allowance: €50 meal voucher ticket per month. Annual Leave: 25 days of paid annual leave per year. Key Responsibilities Deliver professional support to Dutch and English-speaking customers via designated communication channels. Resolve inquiries and technical issues efficiently while maintaining a high standard of customer satisfaction. Adhere to company protocols and quality assurance guidelines. Collaborate with international teams to optimize service processes. Requirements Native or near-native proficiency in Dutch. High professional proficiency in English.
