We are looking for Czech-speaking Content Moderators who will review and moderate platform content to ensure compliance with community guidelines and marketplace standards. This role is ideal for candidates who are detail-oriented, able to make objective decisions , and comfortable working in a fast-paced digital environment . What You'll Do Review and moderate user-generated content and listings on an e-commerce platform Ensure compliance with platform policies and marketplace standards Identify and remove inappropriate or non-compliant content Make rational moderation decisions based on local market knowledge Manage content queues and maintain high accuracy levels Handle peaks in moderation volumes during promotional periods What We're Looking For C1/C2 Czech (mandatory) English B2 or higher Strong analytical and moderation skills Ability to make objective and rational decisions Understanding of e-commerce platforms and digital marketplaces Strong communication and problem-solving abilities Ability to work efficiently during high-volume periods Work Schedule 24/7 Rotational Shifts (Monday – Sunday) Shift options: 07:00 – 16:00 14:00 – 23:00 22:30 – 07:30 Days Off: 2 rotational days per week Salary & Benefits Base Salary: €920 gross × 14 months Attendance Bonus: €45/month × 11 months Meal Allowance: €7.63/day Welcome Bonus: €1,500 (paid in 12 monthly installments during the first year) Additional benefits: Health insurance from day 1 (fully covered after 6 months) Paid training and onboarding International and multicultural work environment Apply now and join a global team helping maintain a safe and trusted e-commerce platform...
