Customer Support Specialist-German Language We are looking for a fluent German speaker to join our dynamic customer support team in Lisbon. As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing high-quality assistance and ensuring a seamless user experience. Key Details Position: Customer Support Specialist Language Requirement: Fluent / Native German (C1/C2) Start Date: 30 March Location: Lisbon, Portugal Work Model: Onsite Work Schedule & Shifts Rotative Schedule: Monday to Sunday. Shift Hours: Between 08:00 AM and 12:00 AM (Midnight). Transport Support: For employees working the last shift (ending at midnight), a shuttle service is provided for a safe commute home. Key Responsibilities Provide professional and timely support to German-speaking customers via phone, email, or chat. Troubleshoot issues and guide customers through platform features or service inquiries. Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by providing empathetic and accurate solutions. Document customer interactions in the CRM system (e.g., Manatal, Salesforce). Compensation & Benefits Base Salary: €15,260 Gross per year (Applicable for both experienced and entry-level candidates). Signing Bonus: Potential signing bonus based on eligibility. Training: Fully paid professional training provided. Candidate Requirements Fluency in German (Written and Verbal). Good command of English (for internal communication and training). Strong communication skills and a customer-centric mindset. Ability to work in a rotating shift environment. Willingness to work onsite in Lisbon. Relocation Support For candidates moving from outside Continental Portugal: Bureaucratic Support: Assistance in obtaining NIF and NISS. Housing: Assistance in finding accommodation based on candidate needs.
