The Role As a German-Speaking Customer Specialist, you will be the primary point of contact for German-speaking customers across multiple communication channels. Whether working on-site or remotely from Greece, you will handle enquiries, resolve issues efficiently, and deliver a consistently high-quality experience that reflects our brand values.
