Controller needs 5+ years experience Controller requires: Controller, Accounting Operations Management, Budgeting and Forecasting, Internal Controls & Compliance, Quickbooks Online Experience, Quickbooks Experience, Financial Analysis, QuickBooks Online, payroll processing, bookkeeping, accounting operations, financial reporting, bank reconciliations, POS systems, Microsoft Office, Profit & Loss statements, tax documentation, 1095 forms, 1094 forms, 1099 forms Strong experience in bookkeeping and accounting operations QuickBooks Online Experience Payroll processing experience Knowledge of financial reporting, reconciliations, and tax documentation Proficiency with POS systems and Microsoft Office tools Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills Ability to handle confidential financial and company information Controller duties: · Manage daily bookkeeping and accounting activities for all Woodward Video companies · Prepare quarterly financial reporting and consumer sales reporting · Process payroll for all company entities · Perform bank reconciliations · Manage POS system reporting and prepare Profit & Loss statements · Track and reconcile store deposits · Prepare and file required tax forms including 1095, 1094, and 1099 forms · Coordinate and communicate with external accountants as needed
