Travel Occupational Therapist (OT) – Rehabilitation Hospital Yuma, Arizona 13-Week Travel Assignment Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM Estimated Weekly Pay: $2200. 40 Hours per Week Trinity Healthcare Talent Services is seeking a Travel Occupational Therapist (OT) for a 13-week assignment in Yuma, Arizona. This role is based in a rehabilitation hospital setting, supporting patients in improving functional independence and daily living skills through therapeutic interventions. Position Overview The Occupational Therapist will evaluate patients and develop treatment plans to help restore function and maximize independence following illness, injury, or surgery. The OT will collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams to support patient recovery and rehabilitation. Responsibilities Perform occupational therapy evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans Provide therapeutic interventions to improve activities of daily living and functional mobility Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed Educate patients and caregivers on therapy plans and home exercises Document patient care and progress in the electronic medical record Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and rehabilitation teams to support patient outcomes Requirements Active Occupational Therapist License (Arizona or eligible) BLS Certification Experience in rehabilitation or hospital settings preferred Assignment Details 13-week travel contract Monday–Friday schedule 5 shifts per week | 8 hours per shift Rehabilitation hospital setting
