Travel Physical Therapist (PT) – Home Health Dickinson, North Dakota 13-Week Assignment Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM No Weekends Estimated Weekly Pay: $2,176.90 Trinity Healthcare Talent Services is seeking a Travel Physical Therapist (PT) for a home health assignment in Dickinson, North Dakota. In this role, you will provide therapy services to patients in their homes, focusing on improving mobility, strength, and overall functional independence. Position Overview The Physical Therapist will evaluate and treat patients with orthopedic, neurological, and medical conditions affecting strength, mobility, endurance, and daily function. The PT will develop individualized treatment plans and provide therapy interventions to help patients achieve the highest possible level of independence. Responsibilities Conduct patient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans Provide therapeutic exercise, mobility training, and functional activities Complete home health visits including start of care, recertifications, and routine visits Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary Educate patients and caregivers on therapy plans and home exercises Maintain accurate documentation in the electronic medical record Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams Workload Approximately 5–6 visits per day Admissions may include 3 additional visits per day Expected productivity of 6.5 points per day Requirements Active North Dakota Physical Therapist License BLS Certification Valid Drivers License and Automobile Insurance Home Health experience preferred OASIS experience preferred Ability to work independently in the field Assignment Details 13-week travel contract Monday–Friday schedule No weekend or holiday requirements Short orientation period (approximately 1–2 weeks)
