Junior Greek-speaking Customer Service

Job Title: Customer Service Representative (Greek + English) Location: Lisbon, Portugal Work Model: On-site Work Schedule Monday to Sunday (rotational shifts) 08:00 – 17:00 or 09:00 – 18:00 2 rotational days off per week Note: At a later stage (to be confirmed by the client), the project may transition to a 24/7 schedule with rotational shifts . Job Overview We are looking for a motivated Greek-speaking Customer Service Representative with strong English skills to join our international team in Lisbon. In this role, you will provide high-quality support to customers of a leading e-commerce platform , ensuring a smooth and positive customer experience. You will assist customers with their inquiries, resolve issues efficiently, and deliver excellent service while maintaining a professional and empathetic approach. Key Responsibilities Provide customer support via phone, email, or chat. Assist customers with inquiries related to products, orders, and services. Deliver outstanding customer service while maintaining professionalism and empathy. Remain knowledgeable and passionate about leading e-commerce products and service standards . Identify customer needs and provide accurate and efficient solutions. Handle high volumes of contacts during promotional periods and peak seasons. Escalate complex cases when necessary and ensure proper follow-up. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in internal systems. Requirements Fluent Greek and good command of English (written and spoken). Strong customer service skills and communication abilities. Ability to demonstrate empathy and maintain a positive attitude with customers. Strong problem-solving skills and rational decision-making. Good understanding of e-commerce environments and online platforms . Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage peaks in contact volumes. Flexibility to work rotational shifts including weekends . Benefits Welcome Bonus: 1,500€ (for Greek speakers) Paid in 12 monthly instalments during the first year of employment.
