Job Overview: Hazen Technologies Inc. is seeking a results-driven Junior SEO Specialist to lead and optimize our organic search strategies. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2-5 years of experience in delivering impactful SEO results in the B2B IT sector. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute result-oriented SEO strategies tailored for the IT sector and B2B marketing. Perform technical SEO audits to identify and resolve issues impacting website performance and rankings. Conduct in-depth keyword research to identify high-value opportunities and implement effective targeting strategies. Optimize on-page SEO elements, including meta tags, headers, URLs, and content, to improve organic rankings. Collaborate with content teams to create and optimize engaging, keyword-rich content aligned with IT industry trends. Build high-quality backlinks through ethical link-building practices and outreach efforts. Monitor, analyze, and report on SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, and Ahrefs. Stay updated on search engine algorithm changes and implement necessary adjustments to maintain results. Perform competitor analysis to identify gaps and leverage opportunities for SEO growth. Enhance local SEO strategies for regional targeting in B2B markets. Work closely with marketing, sales, and development teams to align SEO goals with overall business objectives. Key Qualifications: Bachelors degree in marketing, IT, Business, or a related field. Hands-on SEO experience, preferably in the IT and B2B sectors. Strong understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking factors. Proficiency in using SEO tools like Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Moz. Demonstrated ability to achieve measurable results, such as increased organic traffic and lead generation. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills. Excellent communication skills for presenting insights and strategies to stakeholders.
