Location: Remote (Candidates must already live in mainland Portugal – e.g. Lisbon, Porto, Braga, Coimbra, Aveiro) Start Date: April 2026 Position Customer Service Specialist – Lithuanian Market Working Hours Monday to Friday 08:00 – 17:00 Weekends off Salary & Benefits 920€ net salary (paid 14 times per year) Meal allowance: 7.63€ per working day Welcome bonus paid during the first year Position bonus: 20€ (Braga project bonus) Health insurance from Day 1 (free after 6 months) Requirements Fluent Lithuanian + English Already living in Portugal (mainland) Valid documents to work in Portugal (EU ID / Residence Card / Manifestação de Interesse / Type D visa) Customer service mindset and good communication skills Recruitment Process Application Validation Online Tests Interview Job Offer Important: This is a remote role but candidates must currently live in Portugal .
