Polish-Speaking Customer Support (On-site in Lisbon) We are looking for Polish-speaking Customer Support Specialists to join our team in Lisbon, Portugal . In this role, you will support customers of a leading e-commerce platform , ensuring a high level of service and customer satisfaction. Welcome Bonus: €1000 for Polish speakers Responsibilities Provide customer support in Polish via phone, email, or chat. Assist customers with inquiries related to products, services, orders, and account issues . Maintain strong knowledge of e-commerce products, services, and industry standards . Deliver a high level of customer service with empathy and professionalism . Handle customer interactions with clear communication and rational decision-making . Manage high volumes of contacts , especially during promotion and peak seasons . Document interactions and solutions accurately in internal systems. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve more complex issues. Requirements Fluent Polish (C1/C2 level) . Good English level (B2 or higher) for internal communication. Strong customer service skills and a problem-solving mindset. Excellent verbal and written communication skills . Good understanding of e-commerce platforms and online marketplaces . Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment . Strong attention to detail and decision-making skills .
