Act as a lead advisor on organizational structure, focusing on productivity optimization and operational efficiency. Performance & Talent Management Execute high-impact performance management frameworks that bridge the gap between human capital and financial targets. Lead talent reviews and high-potential programs to cultivate a robust internal leadership pipeline. Design and oversee specialized retention and acquisition strategies for technical insurance roles, including actuarial and underwriting teams. Employee Relations & Governance Provide executive-level counsel on complex employee relations and high-stakes disciplinary cases. Maintain rigorous alignment with labor laws and evolving insurance regulatory standards. Champion an ethical, risk-aware culture that balances commercial agility with regulatory compliance. Change & Transformation Direct HR strategy for large-scale digital transformations, process re-engineering, and system integrations. Navigate the organization through structural shifts, including mergers, acquisitions, and the launch of new business lines. HRBP Team Leadership Mentor and scale a high-performing HRBP team, fostering a culture of consultation and functional excellence. Define and monitor service standards, KPIs, and continuous improvement protocols for the HRBP function. Qualifications Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 10+ years of progressive HR experience, featuring significant leadership tenure within insurance or financial services. Advanced expertise in workforce planning, organizational effectiveness, and stakeholder management. Demonstrated history of influencing C-suite decisions and navigating complex organizational change.
