This role is open only to locally based candidates with valid work authorization . Position Details Location: Porto, Portugal (On-site) Eligibility: Only candidates living within 30 km of Porto Work Authorization: Valid Portuguese work permit required Working Hours Monday – Saturday Between 07:00 – 19:00 Rotational shifts within these hours Salary & Benefits Total monthly gross salary: over €1,400 (12-month basis) , including: Base salary: €930 gross on 14 months Guaranteed bonus: €100 gross (or more based on performance) for the first 3 months Meal allowance: €9 per working day (net, via meal card) Transport reimbursement: up to €40/month (upon presentation of a monthly public transport pass) Requirements French: Fluent / native level Strong communication and customer-oriented mindset Comfortable working on-site and in rotating shifts Must live within 30 km of Porto Must hold a valid Portuguese work permit Role Overview Handle customer inquiries via multiple channels Provide accurate information and effective solutions Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction Follow internal guidelines and quality standards Why Apply?
