Recommended Qualifications Proven experience managing production operations in a manufacturing environment. Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, quality control, and lean principles. Demonstrated leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop staff. Proficiency in production planning, scheduling, and budgeting. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or a related technical field. Bonus Qualifications Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification. Experience with advanced manufacturing technologies or Industry 4.0 initiatives. Proficiency with major ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle). Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
