Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems. Diagnose equipment malfunctions using schematics, manuals, and testing devices. Install, set up, and commission new production machinery and ancillary equipment. Conduct routine inspections to identify and address potential issues before they cause downtime. Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities, repairs, and parts used. Adhere strictly to safety protocols, lockout/tagout procedures, and company policies. Recommended Qualifications Proficiency in troubleshooting and repairing mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems. Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician in a manufacturing or industrial environment. Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals. Strong understanding of Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs) and control systems. Commitment to safety protocols and best practices in an industrial setting.
