Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems. Install, adjust, and calibrate new production machinery and control systems. Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals. Document all maintenance activities, repairs, and parts used accurately. Respond promptly to equipment breakdowns to minimize production downtime. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies during all tasks. Recommended Qualifications Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills, including experience with hydraulics, pneumatics, and PLCs. 2+ years of industrial maintenance experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment. Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints. Demonstrated commitment to safety protocols and best practices in an industrial setting. High School Diploma/GED required; technical certification or Associate's degree in Industrial Maintenance or a related field preferred. Bonus Qualifications Experience with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS). Proficiency in basic welding or fabrication. HVAC or refrigeration system troubleshooting experience. Familiarity with basic PLC ladder logic and troubleshooting. Understanding of Lean manufacturing principles or Total Productive Maintenance (TPM).
