Key Responsibilities Perform routine preventive maintenance on manufacturing equipment. Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems. Diagnose and resolve equipment malfunctions to minimize production downtime. Conduct corrective maintenance on faulty machinery and facility infrastructure. Install, test, and commission new production equipment and components. Maintain accurate maintenance records, work orders, and equipment logs. Adhere strictly to safety protocols and procedures, including LOTO. Recommended Qualifications 3+ years of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment. Proficiency in troubleshooting and repairing electrical systems, including PLCs, motor controls, and sensors. Strong mechanical aptitude with experience in hydraulics, pneumatics, and power transmission systems. Ability to interpret technical schematics, blueprints, and equipment manuals. Demonstrated commitment to safety protocols, including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures. Bonus Qualifications Advanced PLC programming or troubleshooting experience. Welding and fabrication skills (e.g., MIG, TIG, Stick). HVAC or refrigeration certification. Experience with robotics maintenance or programming. Proficiency with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) beyond basic use.
