Our client is looking for a Site Manager to join a highly successful secondary school in West London. This is a full-time position to begin in April 2026, overseeing the day-to-day management of the school site, facilities and health and safety compliance. Site Manager required on a full-time basis Ofsted Outstanding mixed secondary school with excellent reputation Well-resourced facilities team with strong leadership support Supportive environment with engaged staff and respectful pupils The successful Site Manager will oversee the maintenance and operation of the school buildings and grounds, ensuring the site is safe, secure and well maintained at all times. The role includes supervising the site team, coordinating contractors and ensuring the school meets all health and safety requirements. Experience and Qualifications • Previous experience working as a Site Manager, Caretaker or Facilities Manager within a school or similar environment • Strong knowledge of building maintenance, health and safety and site compliance • Ability to manage contractors and coordinate maintenance projects • Organised, reliable and able to work independently • Legal right to work within the UK School Information This Outstanding secondary school in West London educates approximately 1,300 pupils aged 11–18 and has a long-standing reputation for academic success and excellent behaviour. The school campus includes modern teaching facilities, sports areas and recently refurbished buildings.
