Site Manager – Ofsted Outstanding Secondary School in West London

Our client is looking for a Site Manager to join a highly successful secondary school in West London. This is a full-time position to begin in April 2026, overseeing the day-to-day management of the school site, facilities and health and safety compliance. The role includes supervising the site team, coordinating contractors and ensuring the school meets all health and safety requirements. Experience and Qualifications • Previous experience working as a Site Manager, Caretaker or Facilities Manager within a school or similar environment • Strong knowledge of building maintenance, health and safety and site compliance • Ability to manage contractors and coordinate maintenance projects • Organised, reliable and able to work independently • Legal right to work within the UK School Information This Outstanding secondary school in West London educates approximately 1,300 pupils aged 11–18 and has a long-standing reputation for academic success and excellent behaviour.
