Our client is looking for a School Business Manager to join a highly successful secondary school in East London. This is a full-time role beginning in April 2026, overseeing finance, HR, operations and strategic business management. School Business Manager required on a full-time basis Ofsted Outstanding secondary school with strong academic results Senior leadership position with significant strategic responsibility Supportive and ambitious leadership team The successful School Business Manager will work closely with the Headteacher and leadership team to manage the operational aspects of the school including finance, HR, facilities and compliance. The role plays a key part in supporting the strategic direction and financial sustainability of the school. Experience and Qualifications • Experience working as a School Business Manager or senior school administrator • Strong knowledge of school finance, HR and operational management • Experience managing budgets and overseeing school services • Excellent organisational and leadership skills • Legal right to work within the UK School Information This Outstanding secondary school in East London educates approximately 1,400 pupils aged 11–18 and is widely recognised for its high academic standards and strong leadership.
