Site Manager – Independent School in West London

Our client is looking for a Site Manager to join a highly successful independent school in West London. This is a full-time position to begin in April 2026, overseeing the maintenance, safety and day-to-day operation of the school campus. Duties include managing the site team, coordinating contractors, overseeing maintenance schedules and ensuring the school complies with all health and safety regulations. Experience and Qualifications • Previous experience working as a Site Manager, Facilities Manager or Senior Caretaker • Strong understanding of building maintenance and site compliance • Experience managing contractors and maintenance projects • Reliable, organised and able to work independently • Legal right to work within the UK School Information This independent co-educational day school in West London educates approximately 600 pupils aged 11–18 and is known for its strong academic results and supportive community.
