Senior VIP Manager Germany

JobMatchingPartner is assisting a highly successful iGaming operator with recruiting experienced German-speaking VIP Managers to join their growing operations in Warsaw. The successful candidates will be responsible for managing relationships with high-value players and can earn up to 16850zł per month + uncapped bonus ! Only candidates with previous experience of working successfully with player VIP management for the German market will be considered for this role. Role & Responsibilities Manage daily communication with German VIP players via chat, phone and email Build and maintain strong relationships with high-value players Resolve player issues in a timely and professional manner Analyse player behaviour and activity to identify opportunities for engagement Deliver personalised bonuses and promotions based on player activity Support the development and execution of VIP retention strategies Monitor player activity and ensure VIP players receive a high level of service Work towards defined retention and revenue targets Maintain accurate records of player communication and activity within CRM systems Collaborate with internal teams to improve VIP player engagement and retention Skills & Experience Native/C2 level German language skills, both written and spoken Fluent English language skills for internal communication Min 2 years experience of successfully managing HNV * VIP players for the German online gambling market Strong communication and relationship management skills Highly computer literate Able to manage multiple chats simultaneously Ability to work in a target-driven environment Strong attention to detail Experience working with CRM systems Ability to analyse customer behaviour and player activity Interest in online casino or sportsbook operations Commercial mindset with an interest in player retention Able to work on own initiative, and as part of a team About this role Salary Mid-level 12 000 - 13250zł per month Salary Senior 13 250 – 16 850zł per month Uncapped KPI-based monthly bonus 9-hour shifts between 09:00 and 02:00 on a 7-day rota Office-based in Warsaw with complimentary breakfast, fruit and snacks Relocation package including two weeks of accommodation and travel coverage Comprehensive medical & dental insurance Assistance with work documentation 20 days vacation leave / 26 days if you have 10+ years of work experience in the EU Birthday gift cards and a Multisport card Team-building events and gift packages for life milestones Please apply with your detailed CV in English *JobMatchingPartner Limited is a recruitment agency licenced in Malta, EU with licence no EA00340-2024.
