Responsibilities • Respond to client inquiries via email, messaging platforms, or phone in a professional and friendly manner. • Assist travelers with planning vacations, including destinations, resorts, cruises, and travel experiences. • Provide accurate information about travel requirements, documentation, and destination details. • Coordinate itineraries and confirm travel arrangements. • Support travelers with updates, questions, and trip preparation. • Build relationships with clients to create repeat travel experiences.
