Paint Lab Technician

Paint Lab Technician Position Overview We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Paint Lab Technician to support paint formulation and quality processes in a manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for mixing chemicals and additives to produce industrial coatings that meet client specifications for pipeline applications . This is a day-shift position . Candidates must be flexible to start as early as 4:00 AM and finish as late as 6:00 PM . Standard hours are 8:00 AM–5:00 PM . Key Requirements Experience in industrial coatings, paint manufacturing, or laboratory environments Hands-on experience mixing paints, chemicals, and additives Ability to follow client specifications, formulas, and QC standards Knowledge of color matching and lab QC processes (preferred) Strong verbal, written, and basic computer/math skills Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced team environment Flexibility to adjust work hours based on production needs About DIHO Consulting USA DIHO Consulting USA connects dependable talent with long-term opportunities in industrial and manufacturing environments.
