Project Manager – HVDC Commissioning

Role Overview We are hiring a Project Manager ,HVDC Commissioning for one of our clients in Ludvika. In this role, you will plan, coordinate, and monitor commissioning activities for HVDC projects. You will oversee resource plans, verify site preparations, identify and mitigate risks, monitor execution across global projects, support team mobilization, and align with internal and external stakeholders. This position requires 3–5 years of project management experience, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work onsite in a structured, project-driven environment. What You'll Do Oversee and monitor commissioning resource plans for HVDC projects Verify preparation for site commissioning activities and support execution Identify potential risks in commissioning and propose mitigation actions Monitor commissioning progress across multiple projects Support mobilization of global commissioning teams Align commissioning expectations and execution plans with internal and external stakeholders Who You Are Must-Have Requirements: 3–5 years of experience in project management, resource planning, or scheduling Fluent in spoken and written English Valid SSG-Entré certificate Ability to work 100% onsite in Ludvika Structured, organized, and able to independently support project coordination Nice to have: Strong written and verbal skills in Swedish (meritorious) About Sperton This Position is Sponsored by Sperton Global, a recruitment and consulting company with an international reach.
