Recommended Qualifications Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in supply chain management, preferably within a manufacturing environment. Proven expertise with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and supply chain planning software. Strong understanding of S&OP, inventory management, logistics, and lean manufacturing principles. Excellent leadership, negotiation, and cross-functional communication skills. Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field. Relevant professional certifications (e.g., APICS CSCP, CPIM).
