Key Responsibilities Manage and optimize inventory levels for raw materials, WIP, and finished goods. Develop and implement material requirements planning (MRP) and production schedules. Coordinate with procurement, production, and logistics to ensure efficient material flow. Oversee supplier performance and relationships to ensure quality and on-time delivery. Identify and implement strategies for material cost reduction and waste elimination. Manage warehouse operations, material handling, and inbound/outbound logistics. Lead, mentor, and develop the materials planning and warehouse teams. Recommended Qualifications Minimum 5-7 years of progressive experience in supply chain, procurement, and inventory management, preferably within a manufacturing environment. Proficiency with ERP/MRP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics) and strong data analysis skills. Solid understanding of lean manufacturing principles, inventory optimization techniques, and demand forecasting. Demonstrated leadership ability in managing teams, negotiating with suppliers, and overseeing complex logistics. Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
