IT Administrator

Location: Cyprus (Hybrid). Please note that we do not offer visa sponsorship for this position. All applicants must have the legal right to live and work in Cyprus. Reporting to: Head of Information Security What you’ll be doing Be the first person people turn to for hardware or software issues across Windows, Mac, and Linux. Use JumpCloud to handle user identities, SSO, and MFA to keep everything secure but accessible. Take care of the daily management for Google Workspace and Slack (onboarding, permissions, and groups). Own the hardware lifecycle - everything from unboxing and prepping laptops for new starters to handling repairs and offboarding. Act as our first line of defense by making sure endpoints are patched, antivirus is running, and MFA is actually being used. Use Jira to stay organized and help build out internal guides so the team can troubleshoot the easy stuff on their own. What you should have Solid experience in IT support, helpdesk, or a junior admin role. Comfortable jumping between Windows, macOS, and Linux—you don't have a "favorite" when it comes to fixing things. Practical knowledge of basic networking, including troubleshooting Wi-Fi, VPN connectivity, and office internet issues. Previous use of IAM or MDM tools (if you know JumpCloud, that’s a huge plus). Practical knowledge of the Google Workspace Admin Console. A genuine enjoyment for problem-solving and helping your colleagues get back to work.
