You’ll be the go-to point of contact for your team of drivers, navigating freight planning, compliance, customer communication, and real-time problem-solving. ✅ What You'll Be Doing Oversee a fleet of drivers and ensure timely pick-ups and deliveries. Monitor and maximize productivity, mileage, and hours of service (HOS) within legal and operational parameters. Drive fleet efficiency by pre-planning loads and ensuring resource availability. Partner with customers and vendors to coordinate delivery schedules and resolve freight challenges. Ensure DOT compliance and enforce TCI’s safety and operational policies. Cultivate strong driver relationships by delivering consistent communication and support. 📋 What You Bring Minimum 3 years in a transportation driver management or dispatch role. Proven leadership in fleet oversight, scheduling, and operational logistics. Knowledge of DOT and OSHA compliance standards. Sharp decision-making and analytical skills to optimize performance and resolve issues. Excellent communication—verbal, written, and interpersonal. A knack for balancing the needs of drivers, customers, and internal stakeholders. Flexibility to handle after-hours calls and occasional weekend/holiday duties. 💼 Why TCI?
