Fleet Maintenance Shop Manager

About the Role As our Shop Service Manager , you’ll oversee the 24/7 maintenance operations of a busy diesel truck repair shop. You’ll manage a team of skilled technicians, ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards, and deliver superior service to our customers—all while fostering a positive, productive, and safe workplace. Key Responsibilities: Lead, coach, and support shop staff with TCI’s Core Values at the forefront. Oversee preventative maintenance, repairs, and fleet needs. Ensure compliance with DOT, OSHA, and company safety requirements . Build strong relationships with customers and address service concerns. Recruit, train, and mentor top talent. Manage budgets, costs, and operational productivity. Conduct regular safety and shop meetings. Qualifications: 10+ years diesel technician experience. 5+ years shop management experience. Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills. Familiar with DOT & OSHA regulations. Bilingual (Spanish or other languages) a plus. Proficient computer skills.
