AMG Leader What you’ll do: •Lead manufacturing operations and team performance, managing resources and support groups to meet production targets in safety, quality, delivery, cost, and continuous improvement (SQDCM), while fostering teamwork and strong communication. •Drive operational excellence and cost optimization, monitoring scrap and overtime costs, implementing TPM and APS standards, and leading continuous improvement initiatives to achieve zero-defect targets and improved manufacturing efficiency. •Develop and coach production teams, ensuring adherence to operational standards, supporting new product launches and startup runs, and promoting a positive work environment while delivering results aligned with plant and business objectives. What is required: •Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related field. •Experience: Minimum of 4 years of experience in Quality and/or Production within a manufacturing environment. •Technical background: Knowledge of IATF-16949, TPM, APS, Six Sigma, JIT, as well as strong skills in conflict resolution and team management.
