The Opportunity 🚀 We are looking for a Warehouse Supervisor / Logistics Analyst & Customer Service to join our warehouse and logistics operations in Santiago de Chile . This role will play a key part in inventory management, logistics coordination, and customer and project support , ensuring the smooth flow of materials and an efficient service experience for our clients across Chile and the region. You will help us: Warehouse and Logistics Management Manage and supervise warehouse operations , including receiving, storage, and dispatch of materials. Maintain inventory control and traceability , ensuring accuracy of records and stock levels. Coordinate deliveries to projects and customers , ensuring timely shipments. Manage logistics documentation (delivery notes, inbound/outbound records, inventory reports, etc.). Coordinate with internal teams (engineering, projects, sales) and logistics providers . Conduct inventory and logistics flow analysis to improve operational efficiency. Support procurement planning and material requirements for ongoing projects. Ensure compliance with operational procedures and warehouse safety standards . Customer Service and Client Support Act as the operational point of contact for customers regarding deliveries, shipments, and order status. Manage after-sales inquiries related to logistics, deliveries, or replacement of materials . Coordinate with internal teams to resolve logistical issues or customer requests efficiently . Maintain order tracking and communication with customers , ensuring transparency and on-time delivery. Contribute to the continuous improvement of customer service processes , helping deliver a positive experience for our partners and clients. What You Can Bring to Us 🙌 Technical or professional background in Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields . Experience in warehouse management, inventory control, logistics operations, or customer service . Proficiency in data management and analysis tools (advanced Excel, ERP systems, Power BI, or similar tools) . Knowledge of logistics processes, inventory management, and distribution operations . Experience or strong interest in customer relationship management and operational support . Intermediate level of English is valued, as you will interact with international teams.
