Prepare detailed financial reports on plant performance, product line profitability, and key manufacturing KPIs. Conduct capital expenditure analysis and ROI calculations for new equipment, facility upgrades, and automation projects. Collaborate with operations and supply chain teams to optimize inventory levels and analyze inventory valuation. Perform ad-hoc financial analysis to support strategic decision-making and identify cost reduction initiatives. Monitor and analyze actual financial results against budget and forecast, providing variance explanations and insights. Recommended Qualifications Strong financial modeling and data analysis skills, including advanced Excel. Proficiency in cost accounting principles, variance analysis, and inventory valuation. Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics) and business intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau). Proven ability in budgeting, forecasting, and long-range financial planning. Experience analyzing operational performance and identifying cost efficiencies within a manufacturing environment. Bonus Qualifications Experience with activity-based costing or advanced variance analysis in a manufacturing environment. Hands-on experience with manufacturing-specific modules within major ERP systems (e.g., SAP PP/CO, Oracle Manufacturing). Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma principles and their financial impact. Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau for operational reporting.
