We are looking for an experienced Senior Analysis Engineer – Vehicle Dynamics to support the development of next-generation vehicle driving performance. In this role, you will contribute to the evaluation and improvement of key vehicle dynamic attributes such as steering, handling, ride comfort, braking performance, driveability, and road NVH. The position involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure vehicles meet both customer expectations and engineering requirements. Key Responsibilities Plan, prepare, and execute physical testing activities on prototype vehicles. Conduct subjective and objective evaluations of vehicle ride, steering, and handling performance. Analyze test results and identify root causes related to vehicle dynamics behavior. Provide data-driven recommendations for design improvements balancing performance, effort, and cost. Collaborate with chassis design teams, CAE engineers, controls engineers, and program stakeholders. Present technical findings and recommendations to engineering teams and project stakeholders. Contribute to the development and improvement of vehicle dynamics methods, tools, and processes. Required Qualifications Several years of experience in vehicle dynamics development and analysis. Experience analyzing ride & handling tests, steering evaluations, and dynamic vehicle maneuvers. Strong experience in physical vehicle testing and evaluation. Solid understanding of chassis systems, suspension kinematics, steering systems, tires, and vehicle dynamics fundamentals. Experience collaborating with CAE teams and interpreting simulation results. Ability to translate complex test data into clear technical recommendations. Strong communication and presentation skills. Master’s or PhD degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Applied Physics, Mechatronics, or similar. Fluent English (spoken and written). Valid driving license and documented driving skills. Preferred Qualifications Experience with subjective assessment techniques from proving grounds (winter tests, dry tracks, comfort roads). Knowledge of dynamic modelling tools such as Adams/Car or similar simulation tools. Experience using driving simulators for vehicle development. Personal Qualities Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proactive and structured approach to engineering work. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in cross-functional teams. Passion for developing high-quality driving dynamics and vehicle performance.
