Electrical Supervisor

Job Purpose: Plan and follow up execution of preventive maintenance and failure activities for Electrical and other utilities operations to ensure the highest availability and achieve the production plan with highest quality and lowest cost. Job Description: Processes and Production Schedule Oversight Prepare maintenance plan including manpower and spare parts requirement Follow up and control execution of planned periodic maintenance Perform failure analyses and enact suitable countermeasures Study the necessary up grading and permanent solution for frequent troubles. Put in place the standard work for maintaining utility equipment and systems Financial Oversight Prepare spare parts budget and follow up on delivery of required spare parts Reporting and Manuals Follow up and report on the execution of utility maintenance plan through daily, weekly, monthly and annual reports. Prepare the technical reports requested by higher management (technical evaluation of relevant bids) Prepare standard list specification of spare parts Qualifications: Electrical Diploma / Technical Certification 10+ years' experience in electrical utilities maintenance in steel industry or similar heavy industry SKILLS: Independent thinking Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Good English oral and written communication skills BEHAVIOURAL COMPETENCIES: High energy level Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines Adaptable to establish themselves within a new and challenging environment Good English oral and written communication skills
