Reconcile bank, credit card, and general ledger accounts monthly. Manage payroll processing, including tax filings and benefit deductions. Maintain accurate financial records and ledgers for all transactions. Prepare monthly financial statements, including balance sheets and income statements. Assist with inventory cost tracking and reconciliation for raw materials and finished goods. Ensure compliance with financial policies and relevant tax regulations. Recommended Qualifications Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle) and MS Excel Demonstrated experience with accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliations Understanding of inventory management and cost accounting principles relevant to manufacturing Proven ability to prepare accurate financial statements and financial reports Experience processing payroll and managing related tax filings Bonus Qualifications Experience with manufacturing ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite). Basic understanding of cost accounting principles relevant to manufacturing. Familiarity with inventory valuation methods and tracking. Experience with fixed asset management and depreciation for production equipment.
