Key Responsibilities Optimize existing manufacturing processes for efficiency, cost reduction, and quality improvement. Troubleshoot and resolve production issues related to process deviations, equipment, or material flow. Design, develop, and implement new manufacturing processes or process modifications. Develop and maintain comprehensive process documentation, including SOPs, PFDs, and work instructions. Conduct root cause analysis for process failures and implement effective corrective and preventive actions. Analyze process data to identify trends, opportunities for improvement, and ensure process stability. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate new processes and support production goals. Recommended Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Chemical, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. 2+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment, with a focus on process optimization and troubleshooting. Demonstrated proficiency in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and Statistical Process Control (SPC) methodologies. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including root cause analysis and data interpretation. Ability to develop, interpret, and optimize Process & Instrumentation Diagrams (P&IDs) and process flow. Understanding of manufacturing safety regulations, quality standards, and continuous improvement principles.
