Key Responsibilities Optimize existing manufacturing processes for efficiency, cost reduction, and quality improvement. Design, develop, and implement new manufacturing processes and equipment. Recommended Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Chemical, Mechanical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering. 2+ years experience in a manufacturing process engineering role. Proficiency in process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma, SPC). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience in data analysis tools. Demonstrated ability to identify process bottlenecks, troubleshoot issues, and implement effective solutions.
