The Opportunity We are collaborating with multiple companies in Whitehall seeking experienced Process Engineers. Key Responsibilities Optimize existing manufacturing processes for improved efficiency, yield, and cost reduction. Troubleshoot process deviations and implement corrective actions to maintain production quality and throughput. Design, develop, and implement new manufacturing processes or equipment as needed. Analyze process data to identify trends, root causes of issues, and opportunities for improvement. Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and process documentation. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate process improvements and new technologies. Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards in all process activities. Recommended Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Chemical, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering. Proven experience in process optimization, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis within a manufacturing environment. Proficiency with process simulation software, data analysis tools (e.g., Minitab, JMP), and statistical process control (SPC). Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma methodologies (Green Belt certification preferred), and continuous improvement principles. Familiarity with manufacturing execution systems (MES), SCADA, and process control systems (DCS/PLC). Ability to develop and implement process improvements, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and process documentation.
