Key Responsibilities Optimize manufacturing processes for efficiency, cost reduction, and quality improvement. Troubleshoot production issues and implement corrective actions to minimize downtime. Design, develop, and implement new manufacturing processes and equipment. Analyze process data to identify trends, root causes, and opportunities for improvement. Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) and process documentation. Lead continuous improvement initiatives using methodologies like Lean or Six Sigma. Collaborate with cross-functional teams on new product introductions and process scale-up. Recommended Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Chemical, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field. 2+ years of experience in process engineering within a manufacturing environment. Demonstrated proficiency in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement methodologies. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in data analysis and statistical process control (SPC). Ability to develop, interpret, and optimize process flow diagrams (PFDs) and piping & instrumentation diagrams (P&IDs). Knowledge of manufacturing safety standards, quality systems (e.g., ISO), and regulatory compliance. Bonus Qualifications Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification. Proficiency with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI). Experience with process simulation software. Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
