Recommended Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Chemical, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering. 3-5 years of experience in process engineering within a manufacturing environment. Proven expertise in process optimization, statistical process control (SPC), and root cause analysis. Demonstrated understanding and application of Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma principles. Proficiency with process simulation software (e.g., Aspen Hysys, CHEMCAD) and data analysis tools.
