Key Responsibilities Optimize existing manufacturing processes for efficiency, cost reduction, and quality improvement. Design, develop, and implement new manufacturing processes and equipment. Troubleshoot production issues, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions. Develop and maintain process documentation, including standard operating procedures (SOPs) and process flow diagrams. Analyze process data and performance metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. Lead continuous improvement initiatives using methodologies such as Lean and Six Sigma. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product launches and process transitions. Recommended Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Chemical, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering. 3+ years of experience in process engineering within a manufacturing environment. Demonstrated proficiency in process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma, SPC). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach. Experience with process control systems (DCS/PLC) and/or process simulation software. Excellent communication and collaboration skills for cross-functional teamwork.
