Key Responsibilities Oversee all daily plant operations to ensure production targets are met efficiently and effectively. Develop and manage the plant budget, controlling costs and optimizing resource allocation. Implement and enforce safety protocols and quality standards to ensure a safe working environment and high-quality products. Lead, mentor, and develop the plant's workforce, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, reduce waste, and improve operational efficiency. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory requirements and company policies. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize supply chain, maintenance, and production planning. Recommended Qualifications Minimum 7-10 years of progressive experience in manufacturing operations, with at least 3-5 years in a plant management or senior leadership capacity. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related technical field. Proven expertise in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies and their successful implementation. Strong financial acumen with experience managing plant budgets, P&L responsibility, and driving cost reduction initiatives. Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and develop large diverse teams in a production environment. Comprehensive understanding of safety regulations, quality management systems (e.g., ISO), and environmental compliance.
