Key Responsibilities Oversee all daily plant operations, ensuring production targets, quality standards, and delivery schedules are met. Manage the plant's budget, P&L, and resource allocation to optimize financial performance and cost control. Develop and enforce robust safety protocols, quality management systems, and regulatory compliance across all operations. Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team, fostering a culture of accountability, engagement, and continuous improvement. Drive continuous improvement initiatives (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) to enhance productivity, reduce waste, and improve operational efficiency. Ensure effective maintenance and reliability programs for all plant equipment and infrastructure to minimize downtime.
