Key Responsibilities Direct and manage daily manufacturing operations to meet production targets and quality standards. Expertise in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies. Strong understanding of production planning, quality control, and supply chain processes. Proficiency in budget management, cost reduction, and operational efficiency improvements. Bonus Qualifications Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification. Proven experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics). Project Management Professional (PMP) certification. Experience with automation technologies or Industry 4.0 initiatives.
