Key Responsibilities Oversee daily production operations to meet output, quality, and delivery targets. Implement and optimize manufacturing processes for efficiency and cost reduction. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related technical field. Proven expertise in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies. Strong proficiency with ERP systems and production planning software. Demonstrated ability to lead, develop, and manage high-performing production teams.
