Key Responsibilities Oversee daily production operations to ensure efficiency, quality, and on-time delivery. Develop and implement operational strategies to optimize processes, reduce costs, and improve productivity. Proficiency with ERP systems and production planning software. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Bonus Qualifications Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification. Experience with specific ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics). Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent project management experience. Familiarity with Industry 4.0 technologies and automation solutions.
